10. Data & Sustainability Program Participation
The EverFund Service Match Grant is more than an in-kind award — it is part of a broader initiative to create sustainable schools and early learning programs. Inspired by national efforts such as BES, Walmart Foundation, TechSoup, and bhope.org, this program builds a strong evidence base for what works in school finance and sustainability.
As a condition of the award, participants will:
Engage with EverFund’s grant team to review and refine their comprehensive funding model.
Participate in quarterly sustainability check-ins to identify opportunities to increase and stabilize revenue streams.
Provide anonymized data (enrollment, revenue mix, fundraising, grant activity, and expenses) to contribute to the Sustainable Schools Study (SSS).
Collaborate with fellow awardees in knowledge-sharing sessions, strengthening collective impact and opening doors to new funding opportunities.
This collaborative, data-driven approach ensures that awardees not only benefit from immediate services but also help build a roadmap for sustainable school start-ups nationwide.
